Christian Andrade Bio

Christian Andrade is the Principal of AHRA, where he oversees the firm’s commercial real estate management and investment operations. With nearly two decades of experience in property and asset management, he has built a reputation for combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution.

Christian graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University in 2002 with dual majors in Economics and Philosophy. Prior to forming AHRA, he worked in Birmingham, Alabama as a commercial real estate lender for Colonial Bank (now Truist Bank), where he specialized in construction financing.

Today, he manages a diverse portfolio of retail, office, multifamily, mixed-use, and industrial properties. His expertise includes financial reporting, budgeting, leasing, and tenant relations, with a strong emphasis on protecting and growing the value of client assets. Under his leadership, AHRA has earned recognition for its responsive service, transparent communication, and investment-minded approach to real estate management.
